In no event shall olx14's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed PKR 10,000 (Pakistani Rupees ten thousand), regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless olx14 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 12, 13, 14 and 16 — shall survive the termination of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which olx14 is registered and operates. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
